Do you do repairs?

Yes, we offer full service repair on all jewelry, clocks, and watches. Nearly all of our repairs are done in-house here at Miller’s. This allows us to control the quality of work, as well as offer fast turnaround times and lower repair costs. Read more about our Jewelry Repair and Clock & Watch Repair.

Can I custom design a piece of jewelry?

Custom creations are some of our most meaningful projects. Our jewelers will work with you to bring your idea to life using a variety of resources including CAD design, fabrication and wax carving. Learn more about our Bridal and Fashion custom design services.

Do you evaluate and give consultations for existing jewelry or jewelry that has been passed down?

Yes, we are happy to educate you on what you have including a verbal estimate of it’s approximate value. We are also happy to give you ideas and free estimates to either trade in or repurpose your items into something new.

Do you have a diamond upgrade policy? If so, what is it?

Yes. We are proud of the quality of our diamonds and will gladly give you back what you paid for your diamond or diamond studs to put toward an upgrade. Unlike many stores, we do not require a high minimum purchase on your upgrade.

Do you buy old gold?

Yes, we do buy old gold for cash. We offer a higher return if you would like to trade your gold for in-store credit. We also evaluate and will make offers on select estate jewelry and timepieces.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our jewelry and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that your new purchase is “not quite right” we have a 30-day, money back return policy for all unworn jewelry. We also offer a 90-day exchange policy to ensure you take home an item you are fully satisfied with.

What services are included with my jewelry purchase?

Free cleaning, polishing, stone-tightening, and once-a-year rhodium finishing is included on all jewelry sales. All new ring sales include one free sizing.

Does my jewelry purchase from Miller's come with a warranty?

We guarantee our jewelry against stone loss, provided the item is brought in for a free inspection at least once every 12 months. All prong repair and stone setting is guaranteed for two years. *Please note, all of our estate jewelry is sold as-is.

What regular cleaning and maintenance services do you provide?

We will clean and inspect your jewelry for free anytime! Once a year, we recommend that you bring in frequently worn rings for a full refurbish. This is complimentary for pieces purchased here. We will clean, polish and put on a new rhodium finish (if needed).

Can I put an item on layaway?

Most items can be put on layaway with a down payment and continual monthly payments.

Do you sell loose diamonds?

Yes, we offer a wide selection of round and fancy shaped diamond in a range of sizes. We will be happy to sit down with you to look at stones and educate you on the factors that impact their beauty and price. We want you to choose the diamond that is the best fit for you.

Do you offer financing?

Interest-free financing is available for 6 or 12 months with little or no money down.

What is the best way to care for my jewelry?

Bring your jewelry in for free inspections and cleanings on a regular basis. Not all jewelry is made for every day wear. Some chemicals such as bleach and chlorine are harmful to jewelry. Our jewelers will educate you on how to best care for your specific items.

Why does white gold turn yellow?

Almost all white gold rings are rhodium finished. Rhodium is a platinum-family metal that gives white gold jewelry a bright white finish. Because it is electroplated over the white gold jewelry, it will wear off over time. Your jewelry can be refinished by our jewelers to return it to it’s original brilliance.
